Wine Sommelier AI is a wine-native technology company based in Kelowna, British Columbia. We build conversational AI agents for wineries — helping teams guide guests, recommend wines, remember preferences, support reservations, and bring more consistency to every guest experience.
Our thesis
Wineries are built on relationships: the story behind a bottle, the memory of a guest’s preferences, the feeling of being guided by someone who knows the wine deeply.
That kind of hospitality is powerful. It is also difficult to scale.
We believe the next chapter of the wine industry will belong to estates that protect the human side of hospitality while using technology to extend it. Not generic automation. Not replacement. Intelligence that helps every guest feel known, every recommendation feel considered, and every story feel true to the estate.
That is what we build.
Our partners
Wine Sommelier AI is built to work with the platforms premium wineries already rely on, including Commerce7 and TOCK.
Our agents are designed to connect the most important parts of the winery experience — guest conversations, reservations, wine data, purchase history, preferences, tasting room workflows, and follow-up — into one more useful layer.

Why now
For years, wineries have been asked to adapt to software built for someone else — restaurants, retail, e-commerce, or generic customer service.
But wineries work differently. They move with seasons. They manage allocations, vintages, tasting rooms, clubs, members, collectors, and long-term relationships. A guest is not just a transaction. A wine is not just a product.
Built for allocations, vintages, clubs, and the long-term relationships that define fine wine.
Every conversation is designed to make guests feel known, guided, and welcome.
A growing family of agents that extend your team without replacing the human touch.
We started with the sommelier because it was the clearest need: helping wineries give every guest a knowledgeable, personal wine conversation, even when the tasting room is busy or the team is offline.
Now we are building the agents wineries need next — for wine club, tasting room concierge, marketing, inventory, and insights. All built natively for wine. All designed to support the people behind the estate.
We work with a small number of premium wineries each year. If you are thinking about how AI could support the next chapter of your estate, we would love to hear from you.
